     Villager RV Park (previously known as Wayside RV Park) is a friendly and fun, active adult RV park conveniently located in central Florida, at the “crossroads” of highway 301 and the Florida (Ronald Reagan) Turnpike at exit 304 on the south-side of the town of Wildwood. We’re located near a multitude of area attractions, and our proximity to The Villages & Leesburg -- while still being in the country-like setting of Wildwood -- makes our park unique. The Florida Turnpike is less than a minute from our entrance, with Highway 44 and Interstate 75 only minutes away. We’re conveniently located between Ocala and Tampa or Orlando and the Gulf of Mexico. So traveling to any point, in between or beyond, is as easy as can be. Our large 40x60 sites, paved roads, laundry, recreation center, clean restrooms and hot showers, shuffleboards, Free Wifi (Wireless Internet Hotspot), and pet-friendliness make our affordable park one of the best destination choices you can make.

     We're David and Louise, your hosts here at Villager RV Park. We purchased "Wayside RV Park" in April of 2007 and have changed the name to "Villager RV Park" in order to reflect the many changes we are making to this lovely park. We've been in the mobile home and RV park business for over 20 years and are doing our best to clean up, upgrade and renew this RV Park. We now offer FREE Wireless Internet throughout the park. We’re open year-round and we'd like to extend an invitation to all RVers to stop by and give us a try. Villager RV Park is a beautiful and friendly RV park and we'd love to share it with you. Directions:
     From Florida's Ronald Reagan Turnpike - Exit 304. Head north. Park is to the left.
     From Interstate 75 - Exit 329. Head East on State Road 44 for approximately 3½ miles to U.S. Highway 301. Turn right at S. Main St. / U.S. Hwy. 301 S. Continue South for about ½ a mile. Park is on the right.
